Ingredients:
100g of white beans |
4 slices of grilled red or yellow pepper |
2 garlics |
3 leafs of basil |
3 leafs of mint |
1 tsp of olive oil |
2 tsp of paprika |
1 tsp of salt |
a pinch of black pepper |
2 carrots |
1/2 tsp of brown sugar |
1 tsp of vinegar |
Directions:
1. Put all the ingredients in a little bowl and mix it with a blender or minipimer and blend it well until is smooth. 2. Serve with some tortillas or bun, I prefer the last one. |
