Ingredients:
100g of white beans
4 slices of grilled red or yellow pepper
2 garlics
3 leafs of basil
3 leafs of mint
1 tsp of olive oil
2 tsp of paprika
1 tsp of salt
a pinch of black pepper
2 carrots
1/2 tsp of brown sugar
1 tsp of vinegar
Directions:
1. Put all the ingredients in a little bowl and mix it with a blender or minipimer and blend it well until is smooth.
2. Serve with some tortillas or bun, I prefer the last one.
