Very good tuna salad served over lettuce. Ingredients:
1/4 cup red wine vinegar |
3 garlic cloves, minced |
2 tsp dijon mustard |
1 tsp sugar |
1/2 tsp salt |
1/4 tsp pepper |
2 tbsp olive oil |
15 ounce white kidney beans |
6 ounce tuna |
3/4 cup black olives, sliced |
1/2 cup red onion, chopped |
Directions:
1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a small bowl 2. Wish in the olive oil 3. In a large bowl, combine the beans, tuna, olives, and onion 4. Add dressing to tuna and chill until served. |
