1/2 small red onion, diced |
1/2 cup fresh italian parsley, chopped |
1 lemon, juice of |
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil |
salt |
1 pinch red pepper flakes, crushed |
15 ounces cannellini beans, drained |
12 ounces albacore tuna in water, drained and flaked |
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients. 2. Serve on individual beds of lettuce. |
