White Bean Spread with Sage and Lemon

This spread is similar to hummus, but the predominant flavor is sage instead of garlic. Serve with pita wedges or French bread.
Ingredients:
1 (15.5-ounce) can great northern beans, rinsed and drained
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
3/4 teaspoon dried rubbed sage
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor; process until smooth. Serve immediately, or cover and chill until ready to serve.
