Tasty, garlicky spread to use as a veggie dip. Like a mild and creamy version of hummous. Ingredients:
15 ounces great northern beans, canned |
4 ounces feta |
2 1/2 cups fat-free yogurt, plain |
1 clove garlic |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Drain and rinse beans. 2. Cut feta into blocks. 3. Place beans, feta, and garlic in the bowl of a food processor and pulse until smooth. 4. Add yogurt and mix until blended. 5. Pour into bowl and mix in lemon juice. 6. Serve with crackers, pita, or veggies. |
