Old-Fashioned Goodness Ingredients:
1 lb great northern bean |
1 onion, finely diced |
4 stalks celery, diced |
2 cups cooked ham, diced |
1 cup diced carrot |
1 tablespoon salt |
1 teaspoon black pepper |
Directions:
1. Cook Beans for 1 hour then add the rest of ingredients. 2. Cook until beans are tender. 3. Cook longer for a thicker consistency or add some water if too thick and you want more liquid. |
