My twist on a recipe from 5 ingredient fix. Tons of flavor, I love this side dish! Ingredients:
2 (15 ounce) cans white beans |
2 bell peppers, roasted and chopped |
3 cups chopped celery (leaves and all) |
1 head roasted garlic, smashed |
1 lemon, juice and zest |
6 slices crispy bacon, chopped (optional) |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
salt & pepper |
Directions:
1. Drain beans. 2. Mix together garlic, oil and lemon juice and zest. 3. Mix all ingrediants together, salt and pepper to taste. 4. Serve room temperature, enjoy! |
