Ingredients:
1 (19-ounce) can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained |
1/4 cup olive oil |
2 large garlic cloves, pressed |
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper |
garnish: chopped fresh parsley |
Directions:
1. Process first 6 ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides. Garnish, if desired. Serve with raw vegetables. |
