Make Ahead Ingredients:
1 (15.8-ounce) can great northern beans, drained |
2 teaspoons minced fresh thyme or 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme |
2 teaspoons balsamic or red wine vinegar |
1 teaspoon olive oil |
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley |
Directions:
1. Combine first 7 ingredients in a medium bowl. Mash until mixture is smooth, using a potato masher; stir in parsley. Transfer to a small serving bowl; cover and chill at least 1 hour. Serve with fat-free pita chips or raw vegetables. |
