Healthy and yummy! Serve with baked pita chips. Ingredients:
2 (15 ounce) cans cannellini beans, rinsed and drained |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
1/2 cup fresh basil, minced |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon white pepper |
Directions:
1. In a food processor, combine beans, oil and garlic; process until smooth. 2. Add basil, lemon juice, salt and pepper; cover and process until blended. 3. Refrigerate leftovers. |
