1/2 cup fresh cilantro |
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice |
1 tablespoon finely chopped canned jalapeno pepper |
1 1/2 teaspoons low sodium soy sauce |
1 teaspoon olive oil |
1/2 teaspoon chili powder |
2 (16 ounce) cans cannellini beans or 2 (16 ounce) cans other white beans, rinsed and drained |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
1/4 cup chopped seeded plum tomato |
1/4 minced green onion |
Directions:
1. Place first 8 ingredients in a food processor, and process until smooth. 2. Top with tomato and onions. |
