1 garlic clove |
3/4 cup fresh cilantro |
1 lime, juice of |
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin |
1 scallion |
1/4 cup olive oil |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Place all the ingredients in the food processor except the olive oil. 2. While the food processor is running, add the olive oil, until the mixture is smooth and spreadable. 3. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. |
