Easy, Delicious, Comfort food Ingredients:
4 (16 ounce) cans white beans |
1 onion (chopped) |
4 garlic cloves |
1 (4 ounce) can green chilies (can use jalapenos for more heat) |
2 cups shredded cooked chicken (i use the pre-cooked whole chicken) |
2 cups chicken broth |
2 teaspoons cumin |
1 teaspoon coriander |
1 teaspoon cayenne |
1 teaspoon oregano |
Directions:
1. Drain beans. 2. Saute onions and garlic with butter. 3. Add all ingredients in a large pot. 4. Let simmer to get it all warm. |
