Serve on baquette slices, italian toast or pita crisps. Cook time includes refrigeration time. Ingredients:
1 cup canned cannellini beans, rinsed and drained |
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar |
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped |
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together well. 2. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving. |
