Ingredients:
1 (15-ounce) can navy beans, drained and rinsed |
1 large tomato, chopped |
1/4 cup fat-free balsamic vinaigrette |
bibb lettuce leaves |
freshly ground pepper (optional) |
Directions:
1. Combine 1 (15-ounce) can Navy beans, drained and rinsed, and 1 large tomato, chopped. Add 1/4 cup fat-free balsamic vinaigrette, stirring to coat. Spoon bean mixture over Bibb lettuce leaves. Sprinkle with freshly ground pepper, if desired. |
