White Bean And Tomato Salad

An easy salad with wonderful flavor that's very healthy and tastes great with most everything. Great combination of flavors! Woman's Day 1968
Ingredients:
1 tbl olive or vegetable oil
1 tsp red wine vinegar
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 tsp coarse ground pepper
1 medium tomato, chopped
1/4 c sliced green onions
1 (15.5 oz.) can great northern beans
drained and rinsed
Directions:
1. In medium bowl, combine oil vinegar, salt and pepper: blend well.
2. Add tomato, onions and beans: stir gently until well blended
3. Cover chill at least an hour
4. It may be drained before serving but this is optional
