White Bean And Tomato Salad |

An easy salad with wonderful flavor that's very healthy and tastes great with most everything. Great combination of flavors! Woman's Day 1968 Ingredients:
1 tbl olive or vegetable oil |
1 tsp red wine vinegar |
1/8 tsp salt |
1/4 tsp coarse ground pepper |
1 medium tomato, chopped |
1/4 c sliced green onions |
1 (15.5 oz.) can great northern beans |
drained and rinsed |
Directions:
1. In medium bowl, combine oil vinegar, salt and pepper: blend well. 2. Add tomato, onions and beans: stir gently until well blended 3. Cover chill at least an hour 4. It may be drained before serving but this is optional |
