Simple and healthy. Add bell peppers, or cucumbers for a larger salad. Ingredients:
1 cup white beans , cooked |
1 cup tomato, seeded and diced |
1 tbsp fresh basil, ribboned |
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil |
1 ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients, toss, adjust seasoning, and serve. |
