White Bean and Tomato Salad

Another one from Everyday Food. I really like cannellini beans, I have found they make for a great, light lunch. This can be stored in the refrigerator for a day.
Ingredients:
1 (14 ounce) can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
4 scallions, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
coarse salt & freshly ground black pepper
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, toss together beans, tomatoes, scallions, oil and lemon juice.
2. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
