2 (15 ounce) cans great northern beans, drained and rinsed |
2 quarts chicken stock |
1 (8 ounce) can tomato juice |
1 large onion, chopped |
1/2 cup sliced carrot |
1/2 cup sliced celery |
1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped |
2 garlic cloves, chopped |
1 tablespoon dried italian seasoning |
2 cups broken angel hair pasta (3 inch pieces) |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients, except pasta, salt and pepper in slow cooker. 2. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours, adding pasta during the last 15 minutes. 3. Season to taste with salt and pepper. |
