White Balsamic—Dill Pasta Salad |

Ingredients:
2 cups uncooked farfalle (bow tie pasta) |
2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
1/2 cup prechopped tricolor bell pepper mix |
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill |
Directions:
1. Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat. Rinse under cold water until cool; drain well. 2. While pasta cooks, combine vinegar and next 3 ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring with a whisk. Add pasta, bell pepper mix, and dill, and toss well. |
