White Balsamic and Lemon Vinaigrette |

Delicious on spinach, bitter greens, chicken, fish, or any roasted veggies. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil |
1 teaspoon white balsamic vinegar |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients into a jar or tupperware container with a lid. Shake vigarously. Store in the refrigerator until ready to toss. |
