I found this recipe in the Applehood & Motherpie cookbook from the Junior League of Rochester. I haven't tried it yet, but with the name of the drink, how could you go wrong! (Besides, look at the ingredients, mmmmm.) Ingredients:
1 pint vanilla ice cream |
1 ounce brandy |
1 ounce creme de cacao |
2 ounces black coffee |
Directions:
1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender and whirl on high speed until smooth. 2. Keep refrigerated at least 2 hours, or until ready to serve. 3. Blend quickly before pouring. 4. (Must do ahead.). |
