This recipe goes with Bon Ton's Bread Pudding Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened |
1 cup sugar |
1 egg, beaten |
1 tablespoon bourbon |
Directions:
1. Combine butter and sugar in a small saucepan; cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until sugar dissolves. Add egg, stirring briskly with a wire whisk until well blended. Cook over medium heat 1 minute. Remove from heat, and let cool completely. Stir in bourbon. |
