4 -5 lbs kielbasa |
1 cup whiskey |
1 cup ketchup |
1 cup brown sugar |
Directions:
1. Boil kielbasa for 20 minutes; slice kielbasa and set aside. 2. In a saucepan, add whiskey, ketchup, and brown sugar; bring to a boil over low heat; cook until well combined. 3. Transfer whiskey mixture and sliced kielbasa to a slow cooker; cook on LOW for 3-4 hours. |
