I got this recipe from one of my favorite authors Bonnie Stern Ingredients:
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
1/2 teaspoon tabasco sauce |
3 tablespoons dry mustard |
2 tablespoons whiskey (or more) |
4 sirloin steaks |
Directions:
1. Make a paste with the worcestershire sauce, tabasco, mustard and whisky. Add more whisky or mustard if needed, but the paste should be pretty thick. 2. Smear the paste all over the steaks and allow to marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes. 3. Barbecue or broil the steaks for 3 - 4 minutes per side. |
