Dekicous decandant cake Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter or 1 stick room temp. |
1/2 cup packed brown sugar |
1/2 cup granulated sugar |
3 eggs |
1 cup all purpose flour sifted |
1/2 tsp. baking powder |
1/4 tsp. salt |
1/2 tsp. cinnamon, 1/4 tsp. baking soda |
1/4 cup fat reduced milk |
1/2 cup sorhum or molasses |
1/4 cup jack daniels whiskey |
preheat oven 350 |
Directions:
1. Beat butter using mixer at med, speed gradually add sugars and beat till creamy.Add eggs beat one at a timeafter each addition scrape sides of bowl. combined Flour Baking powder salt cinnamon and baking soda.Add egg mixture alternate with milk from beginning to end with dry ingredients.Stop mixer add sorghum,restart mixer and whiskey slowly mix till smooth{batter will be thin 2.
