A bride asked me to create a light not so sweet icing for her Bridal shower. This was what I came up with. Everyone loved it and it is so easy to make. Great for frosting cupcakes. Can be altered with sugar free pudding and sugar free whipped topping. Ingredients:
1 cup heavy whipping cream |
1/4 cup milk |
1 (3 1/2 ounce) box instant vanilla pudding |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
8 ounces whipped topping |
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl beat together cream, milk, pudding and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Fold in whipped topping. I have used my beaters to mix in whipped topping and it turns out just fine.
