A light and fluffy dessert with a lot of flavor. Perfect for thanksgiving or fall gatherings. Ingredients:
16 oz. fat free yogurt |
8 oz pumpkin |
1/2 cup splenda |
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice |
1/2 tsp cinnamon |
8 oz cool whip - whipped topping - lite |
Directions:
1. Soften 2 cups of fat free frozen vanilla yogurt. With a hand mixer mix in canned pumpkin, splenda, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, and fat free cool whip. 2. Freeze for 6 hours or overnight. Be sure to cover it with saran wrap. |
