So quick to make ..... tastes just like a take out ..... Ingredients:
2 potatoes |
pinch of salt |
1 tbsp butter |
1/4 c milk |
salt |
pepper |
1 tbsp butter |
2 tsp flour |
75 ml stock |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Cover the potatoes with salt in cold water . 2. Bring to boil and simmer for 30 mins . 3. Peel . 4. Add the butter in a pan . 5. Mash in gentle heat until smooth . 6. Add milk slowly and make sure no lump forms . 7. Add salt and pepper . 8. ................ 9. Brown the flour with butter over low heat . 10. Blend the stock slowly . 11. Cook until coating consistency . 12. Sprinkle pepper . |
