Whipped Jell-O Icing for Angel Food Cakes |

Passive cooking time is a guess-timate. Ingredients:
1/2 cup crushed pineapple |
1/2 cup water |
1/2 cup granulated sugar |
1 (3 ounce) box jello gelatin (flavor desired) |
1 pint whipping cream |
Directions:
1. Boil pineapple, water and sugar for 5 minutes. 2. Add Jell-O, stirring well. 3. Set aside; let cool until starting to gel. 4. Beat 1 pint of whipping cream until stiff; stir in the Jell-O mixture. 5. Ice your angel food cake. |
