Just a basic recipe for delicious, homemade whipped cream! Adjust the amount of powdered sugar for your taste. Ingredients:
1 cup heavy cream |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar (or to taste) |
Directions:
1. Start with bowl and beaters cold! 2. In a large bowl, whip cream until stiff peaks are just about to form. 3. Beat in vanilla and sugar until stiff peaks form. Do not overbeat! |
