This is so easy to prepare and so delicious, it makes a great holiday dessert - plan ahead the mixture needs to chill overnight to blend the flavors and firm up. Ingredients:
1 lb fresh cranberries |
1 cup sugar |
1 cup crushed pineapple, very well drained |
1 (12 ounce) package mini marshmallows |
1 cup whipping cream, whipped |
Directions:
1. In a food processor, chop the cranberries. 2. Combine the chopped cranberries with the sugar,mix well until the sugar is somewhat dissolved; add the drained pineapple, mini marshmallows and the whipped cream; mix well. 3. Store in the refrigerator overnight. 4. Divide into serving dishes. |
