This is wonderful. We drink it every morning and we get so much energy from it. Our 1 year old daughter loves it too.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups orange juice
3 scoops whey protein
18 -20 ice cubes
1 fuji apple
1 banana
1 -1 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
Directions:
1. Put ingredients in blender in order given and blend until smooth.
