This is wonderful. We drink it every morning and we get so much energy from it. Our 1 year old daughter loves it too. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups orange juice |
3 scoops whey protein |
18 -20 ice cubes |
1 fuji apple |
1 banana |
1 -1 1/2 cup frozen blueberries |
Directions:
1. Put ingredients in blender in order given and blend until smooth. |
