Identical to the first Wheat White Bread recipe, except the slices are half size, giving 24 servings at 74 calories each.
Ingredients:
1 cup water
2 tbsp canola oil
1 1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
12 grams wheat gluten
2 tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp yeast
Directions:
1. Add water -should be fairly hot for yeast-
2. Add other ingredients in order given
3. Add 2 tsp wheat gluten to flour and 2 tsp to wheat flour
4. Set bread machine for 1.5 pound loaf and Light crust
5. Start bread machine
