Ingredients:
2 cups bulgur wheat
4 cups water
1 small onion, diced
1 stalk celery, diced
3/4 cup dried apricot
1/2 cup raisins
2 tablespoons chicken bouillon
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1/2 teaspoon sage
3 egg whites
Directions:
1. Bring first 9 ingredients to a boil; cover and remove from heat. Let it sit for 45 minutes until all liquid is absorbed.
2. Heat oven to 350°.
3. Mix egg whites into wheat mixture. Put in a pan and bake for 1/2 hour.
