wheat rice pizza
Ingredients:
1 c. carrots
1/2 c. ricotta cheese
1/3 c. wheat flour
2 oz. onion
2 1/2 c. brown rice
2 c. tomato sauce
8 oz. tomato paste
2 c. chedder cheese
8 oz. pineapple
2 oz. turkey ham
Directions:
1. shed carrots, put in drainer, w/ can on them to get out moisture
2. mix ricotta, flour, onion
3. add rice & carrots
4. bake 25 min's then boil 2 min's till light brown (don't let carrots burn.
5. add sauce, pineapple, ham, cheese
