wheat rice pizza Ingredients:
1 c. carrots |
1/2 c. ricotta cheese |
1/3 c. wheat flour |
2 oz. onion |
2 1/2 c. brown rice |
2 c. tomato sauce |
8 oz. tomato paste |
2 c. chedder cheese |
8 oz. pineapple |
2 oz. turkey ham |
Directions:
1. shed carrots, put in drainer, w/ can on them to get out moisture 2. mix ricotta, flour, onion 3. add rice & carrots 4. bake 25 min's then boil 2 min's till light brown (don't let carrots burn. 5. add sauce, pineapple, ham, cheese |
