My nickname is Ter so that is what this recipe is named after. Pancakes are one of my favorite things to experiment on and these turned out good, at last... :) They are all whole wheat but the yogurt keeps them moist. Ingredients:
2 eggs |
2 cups whole wheat flour |
2 1/2 cups plain yogurt |
3 tablespoons applesauce |
2 tablespoons brown sugar |
4 teaspoons baking powder |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
Directions:
1. Mix ingredients. Griddle to perfection. 2. I like to sprinkle cornmeal on the pancakes after I pour them on the griddle. |
