Found this recipe on the net. Tastes great. Ingredients:
1 cup canola oil |
1 1/2 cups light brown sugar, packed |
2 cups unsweetened applesauce |
3 cups whole wheat flour |
2 teaspoons baking soda |
2 teaspoons cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 175 Celsius. 2. Mix ingredients in the given order, blending thoroughly. 3. Bake for about 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. 4. Cool for 5 minutes. 5. Invert and cool on wire rack. |
