Ingredients:
2 1/2 teaspoon(s) baking powder |
1/2 cup(s) cottage cheese |
2 tablespoon(s) oil |
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
1 1/4 cup(s) skim milk |
1 tablespoon(s) sugar |
1/2 cup(s) wheat germ |
1 cup(s) white flour |
Directions:
1. Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Add wheatgerm. 2. combine milk, oil stir into the dry ingredients until just moistened. Stir in cottage cheese until mixture is slightly lumpy. 3. Drop batter by spoonful onto greased pan cook until bubbles appear then turn and brown on other side. Serve with syrup, preserves, or cottage cheese |
