This is a modified version of the aforementioned Wheat Germ Pancakes (on the skillet bananas recipe). If I ever find the original, I'll submit it. For now, this will have ta do, y'alls! Ingredients:
your favorite pancake mix or recipe |
1/4 cup kretschmer's toasted wheat germ (jar with the red lid) |
1/2 cup melted sweet butter |
1 tsp. vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Make your pancake recipe as usual, adding the rest of the ingredients. 2. Let batter rest for 3-5 minutes till lightly bubbly. 3. Spoon batter on to a heated pan or griddle and bake as you usually do. |
