Ingredients:
290 g rice flour
55 g ground almonds
225 g butter, unsalted
110 g golden brown sugar
2 eggs
Directions:
1. Beat sugar & butter until creamy.
2. Add eggs one at a time.
3. Add rice flour & ground almonds.
4. Mix with hands and press into a cookie sheet.
5. Bake for 15 minutes at 350f.
