Wheat-free apple crisp offers benefits from soy flour, almond meal and flax seeds. Can be made with any tart/firm apple. Ingredients:
5 cups apples, sliced |
3/4 cup butter |
1/2 cup soy flour |
1/4 cup flax seed |
1/2 cup almond meal |
1/4 cup oats |
1/4 cup unrefined sugar |
1/4 cup brown sugar |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Place apples in baking dish. 3. Mix other ingredients and sprinkle on top. 4. Bake for 30 minutes. |
