Great for sandwiches, good toasted, light textured bread. Ingredients:
1 1/4 c. water |
3 t. honey |
1 1/2 t. vegetable oil |
1 1/2 t. salt |
1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour |
1 2/3 c. bread flour |
2 1/4 t. yeast |
Directions:
1. Add the ingredients to your bread machine pan in the order suggested by the manufacturer. 2. Bake using the basic bread cycle. 3. Cool on rack. |
