A healthier version of regular muffins. They are so good, it will make you want to slap your mama! Ingredients:
3 cups wheat flour |
2/3 cup sugar |
1/2 cup brown sugar |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder |
1 cup milk |
2 eggs (beaten) |
1 cup canola oil |
1 cup blueberries |
Directions:
1. Shift together flour,sugar,brown sugar,baking powder, salt and cinnamon. 2. Combine egg, oil, and milk,add to dry ingredients.Stir until completely combined. 3. Fill greased muffin tins 1/4 full. 4. Bake at 350°F. 5. Then enjoy! |
