Plain and nice Ingredients:
1 cup wheat berries |
1/2 cup scallion, sliced |
1/2 cup parsley, fresh and chopped |
3 tablespoons dill, fresh chopped (or use basil) |
dill sprigs (or basil leaves) |
6 tablespoons olive oil |
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar |
salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Cook wheat berries. Drain and cool. 2. Toss with remaining ingredients. 3. Serve on a bed of watercress or lettuce of some sort. |
