WHARF SHRIMP DIP This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Bennett Estate in Pilot Point Texas in 1982. Ingredients:
2 pounds shrimp chopped fine |
juice of one lemon |
16 ounces cream cheese softened |
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
12 ounces ketchup |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
1 white onion finely grated |
Directions:
1. Cook shrimp then mix all ingredients together. 2. Refrigerate and serve with crackers. |
