From my collection of handwritten recipes. Ingredients:
1/2 ounce cooking oil |
1 large pinch garlic |
1 1/2 ounces mushrooms, sliced |
3 ounces white fish, cubed |
1 ounce baby prawns |
2 ounces scallops |
1 ounce shrimp |
1 ounce crabmeat |
2 ounces fettuccine, cooked |
3/4 ounce green onion, chopped |
1/3 cup sour cream |
1/4 cup half-and-half |
1 1/2 ounces parmesan cheese, grated |
seasoning salt |
sweet basil, large pinch |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in saute pan and add garlic, mushrooms, and fish; saute 1 minute. Add baby prawns and scallops; saute 1-2 minutes more. Add shrimp, crab meat, fettucini, green onions, sour cream and half and half, saute until heated through. Finish off with the parmesan cheese, and add seasonings. Serve in a large heated boat dish, sprinkling top with fresh, chopped parsley, if desired. |
