here is a good sounding spaghetti recipe. Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef |
1 large chopped onion |
1 garlic clove, minced |
8 ounces process american cheese, cubed |
1 (15 ounce) can chili with beans |
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can stewed tomatoes |
1/2 cup ketchup |
salt and pepper |
8 ounces thin spaghetti or 8 ounces vermicelli, cooked and drained |
Directions:
1. in a Dutch oven, cook beef, onion and garlic over medium heat unti meat is no longer pink. 2. drain,. 3. add the cheese, chili, tomatoes, ketchup, salt and pepper. 4. cook, uncovered, over low heat until cheese is melted, stirring occasionally. 5. stir in spaghetti. 6. cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until heated through. |
