Zesty low calorie omelet
Ingredients:
4 tbsp egg whites
1/8 cup bell pepper
1/8 cup onion
1 tbsp hot sauce
1/2 slice canadian bacon
Directions:
1. spray pan with cooking spray and heat peppers and onions. Dice canadian bacon and add to pan. Pour in egg whites and let cook until almost done. Fold in half and continue cooking until middle is cooked through.
