Western Cubed Faux Potatoes (Turnips)

Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter, melted
4 ounces green chilies, chopped from a can
2 tablespoons onions, finely chopped
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon pepper
4 medium turnips, peeled and cubed
1/4 cup parsley, minced
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a large bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients.
3. Add cubed turnips and toss to coat.
4. Transfer to an ungreased 2 qt baking dish.
5. Cover and bake for 40 minutes. Uncover, bake 20 minutes longer or til the turnips are tender.
6. Sprinkle with parsley.
